Debbie has a passion for working with individuals with a variety of abilities. Her focus is on helping clients to feel comfortable in their own skin and developing the best versions of themselves.
Debbie received her BS in Inclusive Elementary Education from Syracuse University. She had taught middle school special education for three years when she decided that teaching social and life skills were more rewarding to her than being in the classroom. She went on to obtain her Master’s degree from the University of Chicago in Social Service and Administration and served as a school social worker for 17 years. She is trained in Social Thinking, Zones of Regulation and Interception.
Debbie works with children up until young adulthood. She has also served as a mentor for parents with children in the NICU.
