Skills Groups

Resourceful Realms

Cooperative tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons are a great way to cultivate the interpersonal skills used in real life. Through gameplay, kids and adolescents can gain the skills needed for cooperation and collaboration.

*Due to the current pandemic, our therapeutic role-playing games are offered in an interactive virtual setting.

Taste of Resourceful Realms

Taste of Resourceful Realms is a once-monthly FREE event for kids and adolescents to see what Resourceful Realms is all about. Tastes of Resourceful Realms occurs virtually with registration on the first Saturday of every month at 10 am.

Participants who attend a Taste of Resourceful Realms session will receive a 20% off their first monthly registration of Resourceful Realms.

Stronger Together

Learning through experience is one of the best ways to figure out how to make connections with others. Our groups help children and adolescents learn to navigate and increase their confidence in making connections with their peers.

Social Wizards

Each month, children will engage in games and structured activities designed to increase success in friendships.

Due to the extensive nature of planning involved in this group therapy program, refunds cannot be provided. In the case of an illness, a credit can be applied to any future group or program sign up.

Support Groups

Moving Forward Through Divorce – Dads

Creating a life after a divorce brings its own challenges, especially as a parent. Moving Forward Through Divorce works to empower fathers in their journeys after divorce by providing an environment for fathers to connect, find support, and share resources. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, Moving Forward Through Divorce is FREE and open to the community for any fathers that are divorced, have ended a relationship or are going through the divorce or separation process.

Adulting with ADHD

Adulting with ADHD brings a different level of challenge to everyday life. Often partners, family, coworkers and peers can have trouble understanding how the ADHD brain is wired leading to misunderstandings, frustration, and feeling stuck. Join our Adults with ADHD support group where you will find positive support, information, education, and community as we navigate issues related to Adulting with ADHD. This is a FREE, virtual therapist-led group that meets once monthly on the third Thursday of the month from 7-8 pm.

Joining a book club devoted to parenting is a fun way to connect with other parents going through the same challenges in trying to raise good humans. Each book gives the opportunity to dive into new parenting approaches and perspectives while sharing tips and tricks with other parents.

A Book Club for Therapists

Every therapist seems to have a list of books they want to read, but finding time to read and discuss with colleagues can be a challenge between clients and life. Join us for our book club to whittle down the stack of books we say we want to read but are always too busy to get to. The book club meets virtually every 6-8 weeks.
